Our recycling, processing and export process

We collect, sort, clean and process plastic waste into high‑quality recyclates ready for export. Below are answers to common questions about materials, processing and logistics.

We regularly handle PET (bottles, trays), HDPE (drums, crates), LDPE (films), PP (buckets, BOPP), EPS (blocks and beads) and soft PVC. If you have a specific stream, contact us and our team will qualify it.

After manual and automated sorting, we wash to remove labels and impurities, shred to uniform size, then granulate or bale depending on material. Moisture and contamination are measured per batch and we share COAs upon request.

We can offer EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF from Spanish ports. We prepare full export documentation (invoice, packing list, BL, photos, certificates as needed) and can coordinate third‑party inspection and insurance.
